Yes! After a week of waiting, our internet connection has finally been fixed. The journey in fixing this problem of broken broadband connection was impeded by our servce provider's slothful moves. I was really annoyed with them. They promised that they would come to our house and personally fix the connection. However, as you might expect, they didn't. So, we went to their office again to complain. The company again, promised to come to our house and fix the problem. Again, they didn't. So we went back to their office to complain once more and behold, a miracle, on that same day they went to our house and finally fixed the connection. And the story ends with a new learning-- our internet provider's customer service is also known as rubbish.
